What is the turnaround time?
Wash & fold orders are typically processed in about 24 hours. Any order that includes dry cleaning (including mixed wash & fold + dry cleaning orders) is typically 48 hours.
How does pickup work during pilot phase?
We currently run door-to-door service in UCLA housing. You request pickup from your room and we confirm your time.
When can I book pickup and return?
Pickup windows are Wednesdays from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM (starting next Wednesday). Return is 2 days after pickup for any order with dry cleaning, and 1 or 2 days after pickup for wash-only orders.
Can I book wash & fold and dry cleaning together?
Yes. In one booking, select wash & fold, dry cleaning, or both. Dry cleaning is charged per item.
How do status updates and payment work?
Track status in your account: received, processing, back on campus. Pay-as-you-go charges are created after items are received (and weighed for wash & fold).
